The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) requires that federal agencies submit a report detailing their financial and program performance results for the prior fiscal year. The Performance and Accountability Report is one of several publications that the Marine Mammal Commission releases on an annual basis to highlight our work and the most pressing issues impacting marine mammals and their environment.
